I have the same experience too. I don't know if its related but my daughter was not growing in both weight and height until her endo suggested giving her salt. We gave her 1grm of salt per day. I dilute the salt in a small bottle and just give her some before her milk and make sure that she finished the 1 bottle everyday. Her growth improved greatly after that. Hope this helps. Sue.
