Re: problems with headaches and low sugar levels?

Sounds like hyoglycemia to me. Linda has had recurring problems with headaches and dizzyness that she's just found out was due to low blood suger (she had the med guy at work check her suger during a dizzy spell). I've had trouble with occasional headaches that I assumed was due to caffeine withdrawal, but still occured long after I'd reduced my caffeine intake. I tried the Carbohydrate addicts' diet, and it did seem to somewhat affect the headaches. I had a high protein -- low carbohydrate breakfast, the same at lunch and then a normal dinner. That seemed to level out the problems with low blood sugar.

You should run all this by your doctor.
