Mcg's are micrograms---I have referenced to that when speaking about Florinef as it comes supplied in 100mcg which is the equivalent to 0.1mg I believe.  So when I say I dose 25mcg and 50mg it is one of the above 0.1mg tablets cut in half or quarter.

Solu cortef is supplied in mg is it not?  Well thats what mine are---100mg/2ml vials.
