I just found out that we are expecting again, Our youngest daughter now 2 was born with salt wasting CAH and I have been told that I would have to have the dex shots if I were to have another baby.

So my questions are how soon do i need to start these shots? My OB is out of town for a week , I have an appointment with him the day he returns and of course the nurses there dont know anyhting about this condition so they are making me nervous. Right now I am about 5-6 weeks along pretty early yet. So whatever you can tell me about when the shots should be started and the amnio that will need to be done. It will help me out a great deal.
