Julia,

I'm glad to hear that your endo was open to a change in your daughter's dosing, but I am concerned about the timing of the doses.  Cortisol peaks around 8am, and it's not a little bump - it's a big peak with lots of potential for androgen breakthrough.  The one dose of the day I would not do without is the 7am dose.  The 3am dose is not going to be able to handle the 8am peak unless the dose is very big.  Why not give her a dose when you first wake up in the morning?  It's very easy to remember, and then the 9:30am and 4pm doses can be moved to lunch and dinner (good for both tummy and compliance).

I agree completely about the waking up part.  Back when we did the 11pm dose, my girls were difficult to wake.  They sit right up at 3am and take the pill, but don't even remember the next day.
