Some girls with CAH are very severly virilized, appearing on the outside as a male, but are genitically female. Some of these girls do not have surgery and are in fact, raised as boys. WE know that the genitalia is a large clitoris and that the testes are empty because CAH people do not have both male and female genitalia. But, for someone who was raised as a boy and then found out he had ovaries and a uteris, it would seem very much that you had both male and female genitalia. Rudy, are you on medication?
