About surgery v the medical concerns, you are absolutely right.  And that was my point from the start...I just didn't say it was well as I could have.  But the presence of pubic hair should be a bigger concern than the size of the clitoris. And in respect of the closet you have set up, I also didn't want to get into some long dissertation about why that is so here.
