Carol:

  My now 11 month old daughter was dehydrated in early January.  She had to have the solu cortef shots every 8 hours for a couple of days.  I was horrified at the idea, but it really was not as bad as I expected it to be.  Will your grandson have to have the solu-cortef shot?  I do know they told me it really stings/burns going in, and for us to rub her thigh after each shot.  She has gotten tough, because she doesn't even cry now after a shot.
