I am pregnant with our 3rd child. Our eldest daughter has SWCAH.  For the second pregnancy I started the Dex as soon as I found out I was pregnant.  I had a CVS done at 11 weeks.  Before the CVS was done, my husband, myself and our SWCAH daughter had to give blood which was sent to a genetics lab so they could identify the defective gene.  The CVS sample was then sent to the same lab for analysis to determine whether CAH or not.  Thankfully it was not, and after going through the procedure again more recently we are now almost ready to have our third child - also non CAH.  I'm sure your doctor or your child's Endo will know the correct procedures to be followed.
