A large pile started on a desk or table at some stage will cascade down onto the chair and eventually the floor. Throw any new info or printout onto the top of the pile and automatically it will file itself in chronological order - e.g. the most recent filing will be on top of the lowest pile.

Joking apart (although the above has been our method!), we are a little ahead of you timewise (our boy is 16 months), and are finding that the learning curve has levelled off. Most of the stuff, although crucial to us at the time, could now go in a box in the attic.

Our interest now is growth & dosing, and anything new gets stored on the computer.
