We have a small binder which we keep only crucial information with the intent that it goes to anyone watching Zenya, although when she is ill we refer to it ourselves to double check and feel confident that we are doing all we can. (When she is sick, it's sometimes hard to think logically so it's great to have it all written out!) The first page is emergency info , numbers and what to do if....pages where I have every possible scenerio and the steps to take for each. Then is the how to give an injection sheets, consent forms, deifintion of an adrenal crisis, hospital staff info, parents stress dose guidelines, one educationl info handout (there are many) , blocked pathways chart and lab results. Each of these is labeled with a tab. Everything else we find is stored on computer and can be printed as needed. I hope this helps! Julia
