I think having one capsule unclude two doses would be fantastic!! For me, I would like the one given before bed to include the 3am AND 7am. We do not normally on our own wake at 7. It's usually closer to 8am but I have to get up and wake my daughter up, ugh! Then the next one could be given At lunch or whatever.
