With Kristin, she would come out of the game COMPLETELY wiped out.  She always gets very red in the cheeks, but once that faded when she cooled down, she would get that gray, ashen look that she gets when she is sick.  She would complain of headaches and feeling dizzy, sometimes naseau.  This would happen regularly when she played in games (Kristin is pretty athletic and coaches would want to keep her in pretty much the whole game.)  Heat is also a VERY BIG stressor for Kristin.  She has a new endo now because her other one retired.  Although the drs were partners, they tend to do things a little differently.  This new dr. said if she wants to engage in sports like softball and basketball again, we may consider giving a little more Florinef before a game instead of the hydrocortone.  I guess this may make sense since they have always told me that even though a non salt waster, she would lose more than a normal amount when she was stressed by activity or heat.  Personally, we have decided it is not worth it to do all that.  She loves horses and is probably happiest when she can ride - or just be around them.- and we avoid the physical stressors that cause her problems.
