So you are on dex x3 times a day and each tablet is 75mg? I think that x1 75mg would sound even too much from what your saying.  Or are you saying mcg's (micrograms)?  Or is it 0.75mg?  I think even 0.75mg three times per day sounds too much.  Is that a normal dose or have you been ill or had surgery?
