Julie, The British Society of Paediatric Endocrinology have published an antenatal  treatment protocol for the UK.  This is shown on the following website: www.bspe.shef.ac.uk  I should think that the treatment/care is similar in the USA as the UK as the recommended starting dose of Dex is quoted as 20mcg/kg/day.
