Hi,

I would like to know if a person has to take fluids at all time will on Frorinef or durning times of being sick? As I've been sick with the cold for about 3mouths and I get so tired and don't want to drink anything,but only sleep. I know how important it is to drink a lot of fluids. I just don't have the getup and go to do it. I do try to make myself do it.THis may sound like a stupid question,but what kind of foods are potassium that a person should eat?
