In our December newsletter, we announced that Dr. Maria New had agreed to co-sponsor another lecture for CAH families on the topics of growth hormone treatment for CAH, and Non-classical CAH scheduled for February 27. This was a CARES Foundation event; however, Dr. New has decided that she only wishes to make the event available to her patients. No explanation was forthcoming for this decision on her part. Therefore, we must apologize to those who planned to attend but are not Dr. New's patients. CARES Foundation will attempt to schedule another lecture for everyone in the near future.
In addition, please use our new email address, kelly@caresfoundation.org to reach us as the old @home address is being discontinued.
