Your son sounds just like our 4 year old. His appetite is unbelievable. I find it a constant struggle to provide him with enough food that he doesn't feel deprived, yet help him establish healthy eating habits and maintain a reasonable weight.

He is quite stocky - I wouldn't say "fat" yet, although I worry as he gets older and less active he will become obese. It is really tough. I don't want to give him "issues" by withholding occasional treats, yet he seems to obsess about food constantly.

I do notice his appetite increases each time we increase his Cortef. I think it tapers off after he adjusts to his new dose, but by then he has the habit of eating more. For us this is a really tough issue.
