Hi! My non-CAH daughter who just turned six has 2 adult bottom, front teeth and 3 more loose teeth. Others in her class have even more adult teeth than she does. My SWCAH son  who is turning four, has no loose baby teeth yet. I'd say that Brayden is not ahead of the tooth fairy too early at age 5. Hope this helps.
