My SWCAH son lost his first tooth just before his 5th birthday. He got his baby teeth way early, too. My non-CAH son, who has a different father, got his baby teeth only a little early, and lost his first one right after his 5th birthday. He turned 6 in Feb. and has 3 adult teeth, 2 missing teeth, and 2 or 3 more loose ones! His are coming out one right after the other, just like my SWCAH son's did.
