Please don't ask me if it's ND, NL, milligrams or whatever.  All I can say is it is "normally" between 200-800 and with a recent test (at 5 month interval) it has gone from 750 to 2,275.  All other blood work looks great.  The Endo chose NOT to increase Cortef at this time.  thanks in advance
