I just got some 5 mg tablets from Merck-Medco, and our local pharmacies have it here in Alabama now.  If your insurance coverage will allow you to mail order, that might be the way to go.  We waited about 6 weeks for this batch.

If you don't already do it, I suggest keeping at least a 3 month emergency supply.  Our insurance is strict, so we just bought it at a retail pharmacy.  Cortef is pretty cheap considering the peace of mind the extra supply brings.  I asked for it to be dispensed in the original manufacturer packaging so I could see the expiration date.  Many pharmacies change that to one year from date dispensed when they put it in new packaging, but Cortef tablets have a much longer shelf life.
