Also in Alabama, I have had no problem getting a short term supply at CVS pharmacy and no problem getting our mail order supply (90 days worth) from AdvanceRx.  I think they are out of Texas.  I was concerned about the shortage I heard about here, but have not experienced that.

let me say this though, I had a problem many years ago from my local pharmacy.  Not only was there a shortage, but my pharmacy (at a grocery store) kept saying that they could not get it Upjohn, blah blah blah.  Long story cut short....the grocery chain was in a bankruptcy where they were refinancing and Upjohn would not send them the cortef because of that!!!  You might want to call Upjohn yourself to see if there should be a problem with getting your supply from whomever you are used to getting it from.
