I own quite a few domain names. ElevenOClock.com was my first, and was the original domain that this board was on. It now points to the same host that CongenitalAdrenalHyperplasia.org points to so going there takes you right back here, just with a different domain showing. You can get the same results with www.TulsaTalk.net/cah and www.LookListenLearn.org/cah.

Domain names cost me about $8 a year, and getting the DNS (the pointer that points the domain the the specific hosp IP) cost $5 per domain.(past the first 5 which are free) I use scripts to send the people visiting the specific domains to the proper pages (thus the "...loading..." you see when you go to the main page). I had 2 hosts, one for this site and one for everything else, but when the first went down I had to move everything to the newer host. I also have a static IP with my DSL and since I run a web server on my computer for testing scripts I can also use it as a web server. www.DannyCarlton.net currently points to it as well as the new project I'm working on, www.radioJesus.com (both of these sites reside on my home computer, but aren't intended for high traffic.) RadioJesus is expected to be completed in a week or two and will be transfered to the same host that this site is now on.
