I would be VERY careful with vomiting. With projectile vomit she can become dehydrated very easily. We have been told to give the Cortef injection is our daughter vomits 2 times. (After the first time we triple dose and if it comes up we give the injection. ) Are you trying some type of pediatric eletrolyte? Some kids will take them better when frozen. These can help restore all the precious salts and electrolytes that can cause her to get out of balance and into an adrenal crisis. I would monitor her carefully. Look for lethargy, being unable to stand, off color, unable to awaken (even through out the night), etc. I would give rectal supposotories sp? of acetominophin for her fever since she is vomiting oral meds won't stay down and keep the fever down. Please contact her endo and ask for advice. I've heard that giving the injection can stop the vomiting much faster. I hope your daughter feel better soon. JuliaJulia S
