Ok now i had my right adrenal gland removed at 6 months of age. Im 31 now, I dont take any Suppliments. While i am on the low range when it comes to salt, iron and potassium lvls, none of them are critical. I have been advised over most of my life to stay well hydrated, and overall i have very few problems. Except with severe injury's and surgerys i dont need any form of hrt. My oldest sister also had one of her Edrenal glands removed, but she has had alot more difficulties then i, I think mostly that it was just more common in the late 60's early 70's. The removal of one adrenal gland to lower or help balance out the unusuall amounts of hormones and other junk( hey im not a doctor). Hope it helps
