MattDear friends,
You are not alone in this. I only had to pay $10 each as copay for Cortef and Florinef until last year. This year they increased it to $15. The worst of it is that both the medicines are not in the formulatory list this time. Whichmeans the copay would increase to $30 each. Lot of times my 8 year old son would get sick and I have to double or triple the medications. As a result, the medicine gets finished earlier than anticipated. I am planning on making mail orders so that I only have to pay one copay every 3 months instead of 3 copays. I have an appointment coming up in two weeks with the doctor. It seems the case remain the same whether I have PPO or HMO.
Any thoughts on this ladies? Any tips to give it to me?
Wish you all well !
Matt
