Stephenie, I do not want to second guess you here but I not think she should have gone through many many crisis as you say with good management.  We all know our kids are widely different and some CAH kids are really tough to control but let us know her dosing schedual for hc and fluronef and I presume she is taking extra salt supplements through the day. If you give us this info you can formulate relevant questions for your endo from our posts when you get any consensus from our replies to any concerns.TC
