This may soud like a stupid question, but would like to know what is the best time for taking my meds. Like post below I take Cortef and Florinef and I do sleep in late and up late. My sister also has it and she goes to bed at 7pm and is up at 5am. I am up at about 9-10am and in bed by 10-11pm and that is the times I take my meds.

No doctor really told me what time to take my meds or if they did I don't remember it,as some of my meds affects my memory.

A friend of mine asked me if having to much 17 hydroxyprog would hurt her and I don't know how to answer her. I would think it might kill her. She left a post on www.cahourstories.net under Christine to Karen if anyone wants to post her.

I also want to know what I should do about taking care of myself in the summer with the heat? Last year I would loss all energy after being out side for 5mins and my boss wouldn't let me outside at all. I work at a rest area and LOVE the outdoors. I must have ate a cup of salt last summer and I'm afraid of having a crash or crisis this summer. I did get blood work done in Dec, but my female endo never sent a copy of the report to me and she will be taking more blood in April on the 10th. To see if there is a change on levels or something.
