I just wanted to let you know that you are welcome to come to the CAH workshop we are holding in Houston TX on April 27th. I don't know exactly how many teenagers in your age range will be there but I think that  there will be a few.

I hope that you find someone to talk to. I know that it has helped me find other parents of CAH children. You might also contact the CARES Foundation and ask if they know of any teenagers that wouldn't mind chatting with other CAH teens.
