WE SLEPT! I am going to say the Claritin helped, or the fact I washed all her bed sheets ect. in Dreft baby detergent, or that I soaked her hands in Aveena before bed. Thank you for all you info. Such a mystery. Lynn T.- I remembered your EMLA cream 101uses and tried it last week on the rash!!!! Sadly it did not work. I still think you should write a book on the 101 uses of EMLA cream. I have used it for EVERYTHING now.  Thanks!
