Sorry to hear about your little one - when they can't sleep ... well, everyone is miserable. Have you inquired about exzema?? My daughter has a mild case every now and then (like her mother did as a child, I'm afraid!): they can get a mild to severe rash mostly on their hands and feet, and it will often peel off and get red and sore as well as itchy. Many things can trigger exzema, including food, contact skin allergies, medications, and even STRESS! A mild cortisone cream will usually treat the symptoms, but finding your child's triggers can be a chore in itself. Hope you find the culprit, and that you're all sleeping better now! Blessings.
