I'm not big on smoking. It's annoying and offensive, but so is making a fuss over a little thing like a cigarette smell when it's obvious someone isn't smoking. That someone would have a job dealing with the public and not be able to handle even the least bit of a cigarette smell sounds a bit odd. I also sounds like the guy needs some lessons in tact and overall people skills.
