My wife and I are wanting to have children and are having some questions on what we should do. She has SWCAH and she visited a endocrcrinologist who has recomended to have me tested for the gene. My questions is what happenens if I dont get tested or do get tested what will the treatment differ for the babby? Or is this just to satify us to let us know of the risks of having a babby with CAH. Is it also best to talk to a genetic counselor? If so is there one that specializes in CAH. We live in Colorado and are willing to travel to someone if they can help.
