Hi Carol, Well I have emotionally been better and I havn't gained any weight, I have an appt with an Endo Monday to see if everything else is okay. I havn't seen an Endo in quite a while. My GP usually checks my electolytes and sends me to do bone density tests. I had been a few different antidepressants that just made me worse, and I was completelt allergic to well butrin, broke out all over. The Zoloft drained me and caused more depression, the doc raised the dosage to 100mg, when I went off I almost had a nervous breakdown (I think) Anyways I feel that the higher dosage of Dex caused my depression, strange because I think that without it I will be emotionally unstable. (cryin times) What I do worry about more than anything is the possibility of Ostioporosis, thin skin, it's affects on the immune system, I get sick more since I started taking the medicine. Plus the mood swings it can cause, my girl is very sweet and calm. I just hope this doc knows what he is doing. I hope I answered your question. Note, I have accidently taken ny Dex at night in place of another medicine I was taking at night and I stayed up half the night, twice. I did not realize I had done so till the next day.
