I know that many people have little ones and this question doesn't pertain to them but my purpose in asking this question is that maybe it will help them at a later date in time with their own kids or perhaps someone might of seen an article or maybe even there is a teenager or adult with CAH going through the same thing.

Ok, I always have had regular normal flow menstraul cycles since I was 12 yrs. old.  I'm now 31 and lately my periods have been extremly heavy. Today, my face got really pale and I was all sweaty besides having the heavy flow. I looked so bad that my supervisior sent me home. I'm a simple virilizer but I could taste the salt from the sweat droping down my face.

I called my doctors office and they told me to go to the ER if I feel any worse. Last month, I spent three days in the hospital with critically severve anemia. I don't need to lose any more blood, I'm taking iron pills for this. I took a nap and I do feel better but my forehead is still clamy. I haven't had any appetite for a couple of days. Just to be on the safe side, I took some extra prednisone also.

Could this be related to the CAH ? There is a good possibilty that this has nothing to do with it but it is always good to think of the CAH first and work from there. I plan on going to my doctor but I like to use any information from people that know about CAH as a starting point also.
