I don't think it is wise to base a decision of this maginitude to the internet.  A good doctor could be "flamed" on an impulse and on the same plane...a lousy one could be made to seem great.  I would rather have access to actual people, like at the board.  Or access real complaints filed with the AMA.  I think people who take the time to file a complaint there are not doing so on a whim.  Whereas, on the internet, that tends to be implulsive......as we have seen here when people quickly reply on a MB.
