I feel for you in your decision making process.  My husband and I have been in your shoes and I am willing to share our experience with you if you are interested. Our oldest son,  who is almost 9, has SWCAH.  We went through genetic testing before having our two other children, as well as treatment with dexamethasone for them in utero.   Feel free to e-mail me if you would like details of our experience.
