I used to think I got the flue, like clock work, at the same time every year. then last year right in the middle of coughing and sneezing and fever and congestion I heard them mention on the news about mold spores being really high. I started paying attention to it and noticed that my "flu" was better or worse depending on the level of mold spore. I now use the Allernet web site to keep track of it and plan accordingly. I also watch my kids and keep track of tree pollen, grass pollen and weed pollen. Today mold spore is high through the south and midwest and tree pollen is extremely high in certain spots. You might want to check to see how it is where you live.
