Is it kind of a blotchy thing?  Savannah’s showing that too I noticed and I wondered if it was just because she is so fair skinned or if it was actually a rash.  What do you put on it to clear it up? 

It tans up ok, but it still looks blotchy even when it browns up.  She takes Cortef instead of Dex.  Gee I wonder... hmmm.  I try to shade her as much as possible, but in Arizona that’s hard to do (lol).
