My 4 yr old CAH daughter is primarily right-handed, but I’ve seen her do a very few things with her left hand (like painting); this is interesting, because my husband and I (who are obviously carriers) and my mom (who is also a carrier - we know this from testing) are very ambigdextrous ... my husband can write equally well with both hands (which isn’t saying much if you could see his handwriting!). I do a bit of folkpainting, and always find myself doing the fine work with my left hand, even though I write with my right hand (and no, I never had any pressure to write right handed instead of left!). Interesting survey!
