I didn’t call Upjohn. I called the express scripts customer service number on the invoice that comes with my sons prescription. They are open 24hrs. I called and told them that I was tired of getting a letter saying that the prescription was not able to be filled. I told them that I had talked to many parents who did not have any problems getting it filled. The lady put me on hold then came back and said, "OK, we’ll fill it today." I got it the next week. I will reorder as soon as my insurance allows. I am also ahead by about 2 months since Jackson only takes 3.75mg total per day.
I don’t know what goes on with those mail order pharmacies but I agree that something has to be done to keep this from happening. What, I don’t know!
Try calling your mail order pharmacy and then ask them to contact the manufacturer for a drop shipment.
