With concern to the term hermaphrodite they could of been talking about other conditions like AIS where someone has a mixture of ovaries/testes unlike CAH.

This show was just a basic swoop of a paint brush that lumped all gentital birth defects together. The show was way to general for this subject. To get more in-depth, when I was born baby girls that had CAH and a ambigious genital area were called pseudo-hermaphrodites.

Although, I have to say that I laughed my ______ off when the doctor was saying one thing about surgeries and the woman totally contradicted him.

I really liked the other doctor from Michigan that admitted doing clitorectomies was wrong. That doesn’t help me know, I have to live with what they thought was right back then.  They should of left me alone if they couldn’t of done it right. Where is my compensation in all of this ? No one wants someone with what THOSE surgeons did to me.
