Sue, my son was also born with a small amount of peach fuzz around his genitals, my family docter was not alarmed and I chalked it up to my genes I tend to be a little on the fuzzy side  as does my non CAH daughter. I recommend you to push the issue with your pediatrician I did not and I wish I had. By the time all the signs were strong enough to raise the alarm my son’s hormones were haywire, his first test indicated that his testerone levels were 3x higher than an adult male it was a uphill battle to bring his levels into the normal zone.I wish you and your daughter the best.
