We took our 8 yr old to a podiatrist because she has such severe foot and ankle pain all the time.   We worried about her bones but the scans done by endo says she is on target.  The podiatrist had her take a fasting blood test on Wednesday morning to rule out rheumatoid arthritis and take an MRI to study the ankles and feet structure.  The MRI came back normal but her blood work shows high AST, ALT, Potassium and high red blood cell counts.  The podiatrist left messages last night for the endo but no contact has been made yet.  Our pediatrician is "waiting in the wings" to see what she can do.  Anybody have any ideas???  I am a little worried.
