One n Hi Geri

Will to Acer you question about manage your CAH as an adult? All I can say is very badly till 2 years ago. Just to let know a bit of background I left home 3 days before by 18th birthday under a bit of a cloud with my dad. And then moved in to my own flat an it was all-cool for the first few months. Then the depuration set no reason why it did.  At this point to I had to change Doctors from peds to adult. The new Doctor had no idea about CAH at all I used to go see him I would luck if he said more than 3 worlds to me and then he would send me for a blood test and that would be it.

It then got to point that I stopped taking my steroids on and off for almost 2 years and I am now feeling the after effects now. It was hard as a teenager because of the hormones and thins and I the other add point trying to work if I was gay or not.

But as an adult I am looking on the up side now all can say is be open with him if he asks you any questions about CAH tell him if you can.  The way that I am deleing with it now is being open an honest with my mum and dad, finding a Doctor that knows what he is do (so now I travel 300 miles to see the right Doctor) and his team, and I am getting the help and serport that I need now. And being honest and open with every one.

I hope this is ok any more questions let me know and I am happy to ancer them

Sorry for the spelling I am dyslexic
