hi - I use to live in Oklahoma (1974 to 1993).  I live in Virginia now (Washington DC area) .  I have two boys with salt wasting CAH ages 3 and 8 years old.  I do not have to face surgery but I can relate to your problems because CAH is in my life and lost a daugther to an adrenal crisis.   I hope the best for your daughter’s surgery. robertapre@msn.com
