That sounds like something the glucocorticoids would do. I was prescribed prednisone a week or so ago and I noticed some pretty strange emotional effects it had. It was similar to the effects of low blood sugar (I’m hypoclycemic) except they were constant. I had had the munchies continuously until I finally got off the medicine (early after telling the doctor the side effects).
