My daughter is 13-1/2.  She has simple virilizing CAH.  She’s never had surgery related to the CAH.  She started puberty at age 5.  This was confirmed through testing.  She took Depot Lupron shots from the time she was 5 until she was almost 13 (took her last one last June).  So far, she has not had her first period.
