We have initiated a products liability lawsuit against Upjohn in U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut as a result of the suspendibility problems with the cortef oral suspension. I understand a number of you had communications with Upjohn before the recall notifying it of problems with the product. I’m interested in speaking with anyone who has documentation of those communications or has other relevant information about the manner in which Upjohn mishandled the problem.
